To place an order, all that we need is a letter of intent which states the model desired, number of units and sizes, as well as any add-on equipment desired. Also, make sure to mention the bowl style desired, as well as American or German pedal placement if ordering a pedal instrument. The customer will be contacted just prior to manufacture to confirm a delivery date and check for any special instructions or changes in the order.

We require a 15% deposit at the time the order is placed.* This deposit is refundable up to the time actual manufacture begins on that specific order. Once manufacture has begun, the deposit has forfeited. In most cases we ask that the final amount be sent to us just prior to shipment so that the order can be sent on without delay.

Once a letter of intent and deposit are received, the price is locked in and the order becomes firm. The order will be unaffected by any subsequent price increases.

Domestic orders are sent freight C.O.D. or by purchase order. The customer is responsible for any and all freight charges, and all freight is sent via air-cargo unless another carrier is specified. We urge you to contact us if you have any special cargo or handling needs.

* We ask that final payments for new or special equipment be made in certified funds to American Drum Mfg. Co.
